I Floated Above My Sleeping Body

I have the weirdest dreams.

One dream I was walking around downtown in a beach city. One side was sunny, and the other was snowing. It didn’t bother the residents at all as they were sporting around in their light clothing and swimsuits.

Another dream I had involved Marlon Brando repeatedly hitting on me. That dream happened right after the news reported his death. I had no romantic attraction to him as a celebrity. It was freaky.

Astral Projection: The Next Level

Astral projection is consciously separating your spirit from your physical body. After that, you’re free to explore the astral realm. Think of Doctor Strange’s abilities. It’s like that.

Astral projection is no casual walk in the park. I tried methods like the rope method, and it didn’t work for me. It was frustrating. Sometimes I think I did it, only to fall asleep and wake up the next day.

One night, I decided to forget the popular methods and focused on the center of my head, where the third eye resides (I’m into chakras). Every time I inhaled, I imagined all the air I took in went up to my third eye, like fuel for a rocket ready for take-off.

Next thing I know, my body was vibrating intensely, and the feeling of the mattress underneath me faded away.

I was ascending. I floated above my sleeping body. My room was dark and glittery. It was like its own little galaxy.

While I was excited to succeed my first official out-of-body experience (OBE) finally, I noticed my physical body was shaking.

I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know how to return to my body properly (should’ve paid closer attention to those details during my research).

Eventually, my body stopped convulsing, and I drifted out of my room.

I appeared in a huge room filled with totem poles. They were sticking out of the floor, the walls, and the ceiling. There was an African-American couple in the room with me. We only exchanged glances of confusion.

The room faded into darkness. I woke up, back in my physical body.

My best tip for those who are interested in astral projection: practice focused visualization. The rest will follow.

Here’s one of the many astral projection videos I’ve watched:
